We realize that each situation is unique, and we are pleased to combine services or customize sessions based on your needs. If you do not see what you are looking for just ask us. Organizational Coaching
These sessions are designed to bring transformational change to your organization. You choose the team, and we create a synergistic environment that engages each team member as we work through real problems by developing measurable action plans that produce results.

You can expect a lively and energizing session as we work together to identify problems, create strategies, and develop real solutions. The Organizational Coaching sessions are always face to face.
Leadership Coaching
When leaders recognize and understand their personal deficiencies, we will work together to bring lasting change in those areas. However, if you feel like you have been derailed, stalled out, or overwhelmed, a personal coach may be the answer. The Leadership Coach is a change expert who understands how to meet you where you are and walk with you to bring improvement, challenge, and encouragement at just the right time.

The primary medium for these sessions are face to face meetings, but we could also schedule phone conversations, email encounters, or even a Zoom session to help you reach peak performance.
Organizational Consulting
If you have already pinpointed specific areas of challenge (mission development, leadership development, conflict, team building, motivation, strategic planning, etc.), Ideal Coaching and Consulting (ICC) meets with your leadership team to assess, evaluate, and develop the tools, changes, and action plans necessary for working through those challenges. If you recognize the need to make organizational changes but are not sure where to start, ICC will utilize a variety of assessment tools to map out a success plan for your organization.
These sessions are best handled face to face, but can be conducted via Zoom if your team is working remotely.
Motivational Speaking
Terry is a passionate and engaging motivational speaker. He has been in the public speaking arena for over twenty-five years and understands how to connect with his audience. Whether you need a speaker for your leadership team or for your entire organization, Terry brings a dynamic that is unique, refreshing, and authentic.

We can help you choose a topic that will personally captivate your team. In addition, we can provide corporate training sessions on topics of your choice.
Pricing
We do not include a pricing schedule on our website because the needs of our clients vary so much. Once we do a preliminary assessment with you, we will suggest a projected timeline along with the anticipated costs. It is common for clients to request a session or two that ultimately end up in months of coaching because it is so meaningful for them and their teams. Likewise, if we schedule a number of sessions over several months and the situation changes, we are pleased to alter our plan. We are passionate about helping leaders and organizations and always strive to work with individuals and businesses to meet their ever-changing needs.
